Due to the importance of safety, it becomes the REDSEA employee's culture.
Safety procedure and precaution shave been set by our company management and are regarded most important in order to avoid accident in the workplace.
Through the implementation of the company safety program REDSEA will have a workplace that is safe and healthy.
REDSEA, will ensure safe working equipment's for all our workers on worksite.
We continue to show our commitment to (safety first) through the following:

For each of our projects we established a specific and unique safety plan which fit the scope of works and the nature of this project, and usually this plan obstructed from the QCS 2010, and worldwide safety regulation, and this plan outlines the responsibilities relating to safety for all parties on the project and establishes a plan for safety education and training.

The daily safety checklist and safety reports done not only by the safety officer also by the site supervisor who's always with direct contact with the workers.

For any new employee, there is safety orientation done by our safety in charge to introduce the newcomer to our safety plan which is established in house and available in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
